Downright horrible experience from start to finish. If you want to look back at the photos and videos of your wedding and be disappointed, then this business is for you. I’m embarrassed to show my friends and family the majority of the photos and both videos I received from George Street. The quality of images and videos looks like an amateur took them. Only ONE usable photo of me and my father walking down the aisle, shaky and abrupt camera work while video tapping our reception speeches, I could go on. I was promised that the photographer has experience working at my venue and she didn’t which led to a chaotic picture taking experience.
I would never recommend this business to anyone. They do not hire experienced professionals, take no accountability for the quality of their work and don’t care about your feedback to actually improve. For a business in the wedding industry, they don’t care that they’re ruining people’s weddings. Sickening.
